Swedish fans are mocking the (very inappropriate) name of new Marvel villain

Does this mean "Venom: The Last Dance" will be Rated R in Sweden?
On Thursday, Sony revealed the new trailer for Tom Hardy's threequel "Venom: The Last Dance". It's now official that the movie will introduce a powerful new Marvel baddie named Knull - aka The God of Symbiotes.

He sure looks intimidating in the comics... but if you're from Sweden, the name will probably cause more giggles than fear. Why? "Knull" means "f*ck" in the Swedish language - which suddenly makes this new Marvel outing not very suitable for children.

The Marvel fans in Sweden are, of course, already mocking the name and its bearer on social media. As you can imagine, the online comments are quite hilarious.

"I need to watch it in a theatre just to see everyone's reactions when his name is mentioned. That alone will be worth the money", one person wrote on MovieZine's Facebook page.

"They changed the name of Donald Duck... but we are keeping Knull?" someone asked in disbelief.

"Maybe his special power is to f*** his enemies to death."

"Why didn't the comic book creators google the name first? Or maybe they didn't care?"

"Knull is a really bad name for a character, at least in Swedish."

"IT'S KNULLING TIME" suggests a fan - maybe a new catchphrase for Venom?
